SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
My Movement currently only ships within South Africa to all major provinces but are looking to expand our shipping abroad as well so watch this space. We currently make use of a courier to co-ordinate the delivery of your product and hence our shipping rates are aligned with our courier service. Please note shipping rates will be charged upon checkout. All delivery dates provided are based off of what we receive from our courier service hence such timelines might differ slightly. To give you peace of mind when your product is in transit, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at My Movement want each and every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase so in the event of you not being completely satisfied you can return your product to us and we will either repair/replace it or refund you subject to the terms below. Please note that this policy applies to products bought from My Movement.
This policy forms part of our terms and conditions and is not intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
1. Unwanted Product
If you have changed your mind with regards to your purchase you can return your product to us at no charge on the following conditions:

The product is undamaged and unused and is returned with its original labels, packaging, mounting accessories and stickers attached.

It is still in its original packaging which is undamaged and in the same condition that the product was received.

It is not missing any accessories or pieces.

Your return is logged in writing and emailed to us at info@mymovementza.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to you.
Please note upon return, your product needs to be properly packaged for transport as our courier is entitled to refuse collection if it is not properly packaged. Once we have conducted an inspection of the product and validated your return, we will refund you the purchase price of the product within 5 - 7 working days of the return. Please note that if you are with a different bank your refund can take up to 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. If the returned product is damaged, missing accessories and/or pieces and is not in a re-saleable condition, we are entitled to refuse the return.
